The Confused Zombie is an NPC vendor that will spawn once the following conditions have been met:

• There is an empty house.
• Patch Werk has been defeated.

When threatened by enemies, he will defend himself with severed hands.

Enemy Repellent

At the beginning of a new night/day cycle, the Confused Zombie will provide one player a random Enemy Repellent, at the cost of 2 . He could provide Bat Repellent, Fish Repellent, Zombie Repellent, or Skeleton Repellent.
