Version History

1.2.6.4 featured a large number of new items, brought about many changes and introduced the Thorium Mod's final boss, The Ragnarök.

Additions[edit | edit source]

  • New bait type, Angler quest and new Fishing Pole (Fishing line still comes from hands, looking for fix)
  • Start fishing!
  • Early Hardmode Throwing set; set up gas traps and rig them to freeze, explode or dissolve enemy armor with vile beakers and flasks.
  • The Blacksmith will improve upon his Steel equipment when you enter Hardmode, allowing for some pretty decent early Hardmode items
  • About 5 new enemies and every enemy now properly has a banner
  • Adds another tier of progression to summoner play throughs
  • Similar to melee weapon coatings, these coatings augment your throwing damage with things like explosions, life steal and petrification
  • Create life-giving accessories, potions and items with this rare, rose-colored ore
  • Make an incredibly elegant home with this set of furniture! (This opens up a lot more potential for furniture, traps and tiles)
  • New magical items and changes
  • Supposed to be post-Moon Lord, so good luck folks!
  • Incredibly powerful items, almost makes the game trivial...

Changes[edit | edit source]

  • Much more rare now. Strange Crates will now give appropriate Thorium mod Crafting materials depending on your progression level. Starting from Hardmode, an incredibly useful Accessory might even pop out of one of them.
  • Armor changes / Balancing / Tweaks
  • Intensity of effects have been nerfed / buffed; Valadium armor now gives increased ranged damage while upside down, Darksteel armor now provides armor penetration, etc.

Bug fixes[edit | edit source]
