The Astro-Beetle Husk is a Hardmode accessory that drops from Astro Beetles. It reduces damage taken and constantly generates up to 20 life shield.

- 1.6.2.0: Nerfed damage reduction from 10% to 5%, maximum life shield from 25 to 20, and life shield generation from 1 per second to 1 per two seconds.

- No longer provides 5 defense.
- Life shield now generates constantly.
- 1.5.0.0: Now gives life shield instead of maximum life and provides defense when life shield is present.
