The Bramble Shot is a Pre-Hardmode bow that is crafted from Jungle Spores and Vines. It turns any Wooden Arrows it fires into Verdant Arrows, which have a chance of inflicting the Poisoned debuff on the hit enemy.
It is one of the four bows needed to craft Eternal Night or Hemorrhage, the ultimate pre-hardmode bows for Corrupt and Crimson worlds, respectively.
Its best modifier is Unreal.
