The Mantle of the Protector is a Hardmode accessory that provides 4 defense, 10 increased maximum life, increased length of invincibility when the wearer takes damage, and immunity to the Weak and Broken Armor debuffs. This in turn makes this accessory quite handy for more tank-oriented melee sets, and immunity to two debuffs that would normally present them a large problem.
