The Necrotic Imbuer is a Hardmode enemy found on the Surface during Blood Moons. It will walk slowly towards the player to deal contact damage. Periodically, it will stop moving and cast a necromantic heart above its head, healing nearby damaged enemies for 50 life after a few seconds of being cast.

- It is the only Skeleton-based enemy that spawns on the Surface and not underground.
