The Sand Shifter's Pouch casting animation.
The Sand Shifter's Pouch is a Hardmode tool that is sold by the Tracker after completing the "Line in the Sand" contract. After channeling for a short delay by holding down the use key, it manifests a controllable sand projectile above the user's head at the cost of mana, similarly to the Rainbow Rod. Upon releasing the projectile, the user will be immediately teleported to its position, which can allow them to reach difficult places or swiftly reposition themselves.
