- Not to be confused with Stellar Rod, another donator summon weapon.
The Stellar System is a craftable Hardmode summon weapon. While held, the player will be surrounded by three rings of orbiting planetoids: six meteorites, four icy cores, and two miniature suns. Enemies that come into contact with these planetoids will take damage, but using the weapon will command one of the planetoids to fly towards the cursor's position. The planetoids fired start from the inner orbit's meteorites and continue until the miniature suns are fired. Planetoids are able to phase through tiles, but can only deal damage to enemies within line of sight of the player.
Icy cores inflict the Freezing debuff on hit and miniature suns inflict the Melting debuff on hit. After a planetoid has been fired, its position on the orbit will become grayed out, slowly filling up over the course of 5 seconds, where it then can be fired again.
Its best Modifier is Mythical, even though it deals summon-type damage.
