Talk: Crystal Wave

Despite constantly searching Aquatic Depths biomes in many worlds for hours, I have been completely unable to find even one Aquatic Crystal to get a Crystal Wave. 66.234.247.34 16:08, 11 September 2018 (UTC)

I have even searched one Hardmode world without seeing even one. Are they like vanilla Chlorophyte in the way that they must generate over time like plants? Additionally, if they are Hardmode-exclusive, then why is that fact not on this wiki? 66.234.247.34 17:48, 11 September 2018 (UTC)

They share spawn chance with 16 other plants and other backgrounds objects, and the spawning is random like other plants. So it can take a while to generate one, or you can get lucky and you get them real quick. It's all RNG. --—Tymon80^[talk] 18:03, 11 September 2018 (UTC)
