Added Mask of the Crystal Eye

Changes/Bug Fixes

All boss masks and trophies now have a 10% chance to drop/be found in treasure bags
Obsidian Scale is now crafted at the Tinkerer's Workshop
Rapier Badge effect and visual upgraded
Thermogenic Impaler effect and stats changed
Devil's Carapace activation effect changed
Demon Fire Blast-Wand's explosion now properly scales off of the players magic damage
The Apocalyptic Chariot now controls smoother
Tome of the Void Gazer's Chariot now drops on any difficulty, and has been nerfed slightly, but controls smoother
The Lost Cross now has a 25% chance to drop in both Normal and Expert Mode
Mirror of the Beholder has received an equipped visual upgrade
Mirror of the Beholder now has a 20% chance to drop in normal mode, and 25% chance in expert
Queen's Glowstick now has a 20% chance to drop in normal mode, and 25% chance in expert
Scythes no longer damage enemies through walls
