The Bone Trumpet is a craftable Pre-Hardmode Bard weapon. It releases fast-moving skull projectiles at a moderately quick rate and have a 50% chance to briefly inflict the Confused debuff on hit enemies. When used, it empowers nearby players and the user with the Attack Speed II empowerment.
Its best modifier is Fabled.
