Charmed is a debuff which decreases the affected enemy's contact damage by 25% and movement speed by 10%, for the duration of the debuff. Affected enemies are rose tinted. Bosses cannot receive this debuff.

Notes

• All sources that inflict Charmed also inflicts the Lovestruck buff, thus immune enemies will still emit heart particles but will not be rose tinted.

• 1.5.0.1: Movement speed decrease increased from 5% to 10%.
• 1.5.0.0: Contact damage decrease increased from 20% to 25%.
