The Deadman's Patch is a Hardmode Thrower accessory that is dropped by Pirate Deadeyes and Pirate Crossbowers during the Pirate Invasion event. It causes throwing critical strikes to mark the hit target for death. If you kill the marked target within 5 seconds, it greatly damages nearby enemies and afflicts them with the Gouge debuff.
