The Devil's Subwoofer is a Bard accessory that grants the user and any nearby allies a 33.33% chance to inflict the On Fire! debuff for 3 seconds when striking an enemy as well as the immunity to said debuff. Additionally, equipping the accessory doubles the range of the effect radius of the user's empowerments.
