Mermaid's Canteen
The Mermaid's Canteen is a craftable Hardmode Thrower accessory that causes non-consumable throwing weapons to take 75% longer to exhaust the player, allowing them to use the weapon more before being afflicted with the Exhaustion debuff. It also causes non-consumable throwing weapons to deal up to 15% increased damage the less exhausted the player is.
