The True Hemorrhage was a craftable Hardmode bow. It fires three arrows at once while only consuming one; the central arrow is always a 'blood arrow' that returns 2 life to the wielder when they hit an enemy. It has since been removed in update 1.7.0.0.

Notes

• Like its Pre-Hardmode version, the True Hemorrhage has a Corruption counterpart, the True Eternal Night. Either can be used to craft the Terra Bow.
• Unlike its Pre-Hardmode version, the True Hemorrhage does use and consume arrows.
